'It doesn't matter if you're the greatest guitar player in the world,
if you're not enlightened, forget it.'
                                                                                     George Harrison

'
A nonmusician is thrilled to be doing music and is quite happy to
sit there and plunk one note all day. And is very alert to the effect
of that. Nonmusicians really listen sometimes, because that's the
only thing they have available to them.'
                                                                                      Brian Eno

As an artist  I`m searching inside and outside myself, trying to find a way to express feelings that are searching for a channel to be lead through.

All music on the CD`s has been created in my studio. It`s  music you`ve never heard before, but still, you will recognize it. There is a truth inside the music, in whatever shape it appears, that cannot be expressed otherwise. It`s a continuous journey, that balances between the extremes that can be produced with the help of the instruments I use. The whole studio is my instrument, and I use whatever sound the music asks me for. That could be programmed stuff, but also noises I record in the street  The music may appear as a fragment of a dream, or as the memory of  forgotten feelings. Hopefully you are willing to lend an ear, and maybe you`ll find something you`ve been missing for a long time.

My music is primarily meant to `get in the mood`, or to get tuned in so the listener get`s to travel inside his own mind, body or spirit. It enables you to descent into a peaceful place where you can come to youself and spend some time. Time, which may feel as an oceanic feeling, without bonds. Sounds pretty much like meditation, doesn`t it? But the music is not New Age, with clattering streams, birds and other soothing noises, although they`re also in it. I`m trying to get the music a step further. Put in the trance quality without having to deal with extreme volume or harsh sounds, that give a sense of sensation, but also disturbs our system.
There are plenty of distorted or otherwise extremely altered sounds in my music, which you wouldn`t expect in music that should sooth and calm the nerves. But then again, just listen to the sounds that surround you outside and inside your house, at work, anywhere, and you`ll discover that those sounds cover the whole spectrum, and also can make you slip into a feeling of wholeness. Those noises, like traffic, distant voices, birds, wind, mobile phones etc. form a symphony on itself where you can be part of, even be the centre. And after listening you could discover that more time had elapsed than you thought it would have, just because you stepped into that listening stream of consciousness.Where time and place react according to different laws.
That`s the effect I`m always searching for. And I have developed techniques to trigger those feelings. That`s why I  use technology to create. I have total control over whatever happens inside the music. I can use any sound I wish, and integrate it into the music.

The music I create ranges from peaceful meditative to electronic psychedelic or trance-like with pumping basses, drum computer and electric guitar seventies riffs and soloing. How can it be a whole? Doesn`t the heavy, energetic music contradict the slow music? Well, the answer is simple. My mood jumps. I love working meticulously on details and put a lot of effort in finding the right sounds, spend numerous hours on programming synthesizers and other electronic devices.  I also love mixing the music, so it all falls together, and it actually becomes music with an identity, and a meaning. But it takes a lot of energy working like that, and it`s sometimes like working in a laboratory. So then I feel like playing an instrument, feel the thrill of the real-time take-of into the musical universe. Let the guitar sing and let myself go. There`s nothing like that, once the feeling sets in. And I get the same kick from gentle tiny singsongs as from heavily fuzz-wah-wah-delay-spaced-freak-let it all come out- electric guitar playing ...
So, there`s a desire of combining all these forces, into something....more to come....
