The studio I work in is small. For me it´s like a sound laboratoy in which I
spend a lot of time playing, recording and mixing. Actually it´s very basic with
synths, organs, electric guitars effects, mics and two computers. It is amazing
what you can do with such a humble setup.
The studio has been slowly growing in the last ten years. My mind has also been
expanding, and I can look back with happines, because I really do believe that
I´ve created some exellent tracks. On the whole my initial idea of creating a
giant soundscape consisting of many tracks from many different albums has become
a reality. It is now possible to make a long organic stream of music for
instance as a backdrop for painting, and listen and not listen to it. Sometimes
the music takes you without you noticing it, and you´ll find yourself in a
timeless, thougthless state. It is what we need, and I hope that I can make a
small contibution to that.
